We are delighted to present our apartment of approximately 100 m², together with 300 m² of garden at the lower part of the house.

With views of the Atlantic, the holiday apartment in Santa Cruz de Tenerife offers you impressive panoramas.

The property features a chill-out lounge area equipped with a 50-inch TV, access to digital platforms and international channels, as well as high-quality sound.

There are two sofas for 3-4 people and two large, comfortable armchairs.

You will also find a dining table with eight chairs, all located in the garden.

Next to it is a kitchen equipped with microwave, fridge, stove, capsule coffee maker and necessary accessories, plus a barbecue, which must be requested and is available for an extra fee.

If you require any other accessory that is not available, we are always willing to help.

The apartment has a room at garden level with a small bathroom with shower.

Downstairs, separated by stairs, is the second, larger room with a bed, a sofa bed and a bathroom with a spacious shower.

House rules: parties, noise or loud music after 22:00 are not allowed, no diving headfirst in the pool, no topless or nudism.

Free street parking is available in a very quiet area with little traffic.

Pets and events are not allowed.

Smoking is permitted.
