Es gibt einen Parkplatz am Haus. Wenige Autominuten in die Stadt.
Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, Waschpulver.
Die Lage ist direkt an einer schmalen, stark befahrenen Straße. Auf der andere Seite sind direkt die Bahngleise. Mit Kind/Kinderwagen absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Man braucht für alles das Auto, keine Fußweg für Kinder geeignet. Im Schlafzimmer hört man den Straßen- und Bahnlärm.
