The Villino Vittoria, located a short distance from the main square Carlo Pisacane, near the historic Tower of the Bourbons, convenient location near the port and the center of the island, in ZTL area, but totally immersed in nature and full relaxation between the "GARDENS OF PETTRUSS", a green space so called in the early years of the 900 by the islanders thanks to the nickname of the owner "U PettRuss".

The property has been recently renovated and is a magnificent solution for a relaxing vacation with sea views.

PROPERTY STRUCTURE:
- Kitchen: table, chairs, stove with 4 burners, oven, large fridge with freezer compartment, two-basin sink with drip, wall cabinets and various dishes, single bed.
- Bedroom: double bed, 2 bedside tables, closet and window.
- Bathroom: shower with box, bidet, wc, washbasin and window.
- The terrace with sea view is equipped with table, chairs, umbrella and deckchair.

The villa also has a washing machine, but it is not included in the rental cost, available upon request.

The island of Ponza is of volcanic conformation and is the destination for those seeking relaxation with panoramic views, bathing in crystal clear water and exploring by swimming fascinating inlets and passages, sport fishing, diving for wreck enthusiasts, but there are also a number of routes that allow you to reach the most significant places geographically and historically. The conformation of the island makes the views from the ground enchanting, therefore, it is certainly worthwhile to travel the island even on foot.

Every time I stand before the sea I open myself to the gifts of the air, and the colours and shapes and vibrations enter and leave my chest as easily as they pass through a window.
