Wunderschöne Panorama-Aussicht auf Meer, Berge und Stadt. Sonnenuntergang aus der ersten Reihe. Moderne Ausstattung mit dekorativen alten Elementen. Geräumige Terrasse. Schöner Infinity-Pool (nicht beheizt).
Terrasse bietet wenig Schatten und Schutz vor Wind. Sonnenschirm war sehr windempfindlich und stürzte um (wurde inzwischen ersetzt). Durch die exponierte Lage des Appartements kann es, vor allem im Eingangsbereich, sehr starke Winde geben.
