This luxurious and charming holiday home is situated at the foot of the dunes and within walking distance of the lively center of Zoutelande.
Built in 2013, the house is suitable for 4 people, has its own parking space, and is equipped with all modern conveniences.
You will have access to a spacious, enclosed wooded garden (230 m²) with plenty of privacy and a south-facing terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day long.
You will quickly feel at home in this holiday home, guaranteeing a well-deserved vacation by the sea. The property is in a prime location, just 300 meters from the North Sea and the beach.
You are within walking distance of the promenade, the village center, and the beach.
The area is perfect for relaxation in the form of beach recreation, water sports, walking, and cycling.
On the seaside, you will find the Zoutelande promenade, which transitions into a walking path over the dunes, along Groot-Valkenisse and Dishoek to Vlissingen. The view over Walcheren and the sea, where many sea ships pass close to the coast, makes this walk an experience.
Behind the promenade lies the shopping street with various nice shops and cozy terraces.

Additionally, free Wi-Fi is available. **Good to know:** - Bring your own bed linen. - Bring your own kitchen linen. - Bring your own bath linen. - For arrivals within 56 days, full payment is due immediately.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist sehr zentral sodass Strand und Ortsmitte mit vielen Restaurants fussläufig gut zu erreichen sind.

Keinerlei Autogeräusche,ein eigenes Gelände mit Bäumen.
Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett!
Man konnte schon ab 14 Uhr in die sehr saubere Unterkunft!
Die Küchenausstattung-Schälmesser uä.waren nicht so gut.Die Matratzen waren sehr weich,aber es ist auch schwer,es allen Recht zu machen...
Prachtig schoon huis, alles aanwezig.
