La maison a une belle terrasse, cependant très poussiéreuse.
Le bruit occasionné par un voisin qui écoute une radio dès 6h30 du matin et la télévision jusqu'à 1h du matin, la maison est très sonore

L'appartement est situé dans une petite copropriété entouré d'un jardin, près du centre de Dives sur mer.
Il est spatieu bien équipé
La terrasse est grande ensoleillée, cependant très poussiéreuse.
Le gros inconvénient : on entend un voisin qui écoute dès 6h30 la radio toute la journée, et la télévision jusqu'à 1h du matin.
