This hotel is perfect for sightseeing and exploring the city. Guests can choose between Classic, Executive and Privilege rooms, which come with extras such as slippers, a bathrobe and a Nespresso coffee machine. All 94 rooms are perfect for holiday or business stays.

Guests are invited to enjoy a brasserie meal in the Wessex Restaurant, which offers an impressive menu and unbeatable views of Winchester Cathedral. Those looking to relax can have a drink from the selection at King's Lounge Bar. This hotel has five meeting rooms designed to comfortably accommodate business travellers. The function room can accommodate up to 200 guests, making it a great venue for a wedding reception in the city or any other special occasion.

This process is handled seamlessly through the Airbnb Resolution Centre, independent of our company. The amount of the security deposit is based on the length of your stay, seasonal considerations and the size of your party.
We maintain a smoke-free environment within the property. Should this policy be disregarded, additional charges will apply.
We value community spirit and shared experiences; however, our property must be enjoyed with respect and consideration for others. Parties or disruptive behaviour are strictly prohibited. To maintain this standard, we have installed noise and heat sensors to detect unauthorised gatherings or additional guests. Should these alarms be triggered, our security team will intervene, which could affect your security deposit.
To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time from 22:00 to 6:00 so that all guests can enjoy a restful environment.
