Wi-Fi is included at no extra cost so you can stay connected at all times. Just a 5-minute walk away you will find a convenient shopping centre with pharmacy and dry cleaners.

Another small distribution area is also nearby, as well as the beach, accessible in 10 minutes on foot to enjoy relaxing moments by the water.

The city centre is only a 15-minute walk away, along a pleasant "green path", where there is no car traffic for more than half of the journey.

Bus stops are less than 5 minutes away, which makes your journeys easy.

The possibility to use the garage to store your bikes or a windsurf board and park your car in the car park in front of the house. A comfortable, practical and ideally located place to live a carefree holiday; sheets and towels are not included in the rent.
