A beautiful terrace with barbecue awaits you, where you can relax. The entrance opens directly into the living room, a warm and cosy space. On the ground floor there is a dining room for 6 people and a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and toilets. A first bedroom with a 140 cm bed. Upstairs, a second bedroom with two 80 cm beds, which can easily be pushed together for more comfort, a third bedroom with a 140 cm double bed for a restful sleep.
Wi-Fi is included at no extra cost so you can stay connected at all times.
A convenient shopping centre with pharmacy and dry cleaners is just a 5-minute walk away. Another small distribution area is also nearby, as well as the beach, accessible in 10 minutes on foot to enjoy relaxing moments by the water. The city centre is only a 15-minute walk away, along a pleasant "green path", where there is no car traffic for more than half of the journey. Bus stops are less than 5 minutes away, which makes your journeys easy. The possibility to use the garage to store your bikes or a windsurfing board and park your car in the car park in front of the house.
