Two steps lead to the second bright bedroom with a large window.
Here, a high-quality box spring bed measuring 1.40 x 2 m ensures restful sleep.
All mattresses and beds are new. The beds are freshly made, and hand and dish towels are provided for you. From the bedroom, you can access either the custom-built, fully equipped kitchen with a large window or the light-flooded living/dining room.
The kitchen offers everything you need for cooking: dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer combination, numerous kitchen utensils, as well as a Senseo machine and a regular coffee machine, milk frother, kettle, stand mixer, contact grill, and toaster.
A waste separation system, hand vacuum cleaner, and fire extinguisher are also available.
The spacious living/dining room is the brightest room in the apartment and is flooded with light.
A double-leaf window and a floor-to-ceiling glass sliding door on the sunny side let in plenty of light and sun. The mobile extra bed can be flexibly placed – in the dining room or in the first bedroom.
In the living room, two comfortable leather sofas with soft cushions invite you to relax.
A coffee table, a TV, a radio, and a standing fan provide additional comfort.
A dining area with a large glass table for all guests is also available.

Due to its location away from the street, it is very quiet there. Due to the sloping entrance area, the apartment is not suitable for wheelchair users, or people with visual or mobility impairments. The non-smoking apartment has a separate entrance, 1 bedroom with a single bed and a view of the barbecue lounge, 1 further bedroom with a double bed and garden view, 1 small bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 large combined living and dining room, where an extra bed with a terrace/garden view will be placed for the 4th person.

Privacy is limited due to the centrally located bathroom. Only female dogs allowed.
