(+) : La distribució de la casa, la decoració, la conservació i equipament és bona. I valoro bé la piscina, petita però suficient. Mala orientació del porxo, fa molta calor a la tarda i entra el sol.
(-) : Massa trastos al garatge i pocs armaris disponibles en cas de llarga estada.Posaria algun tipus de protecció al porxo, perquè no entri tant el sol a la tarda.
