Cosy 60sqm flat with a private garden of 8sqm that can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the ground floor of a building with lift.
The flat is only 500m from the Parco Nord, the largest green area in Milan!
At 500m there is also the ‘Bruzzano-Parco Nord’ stop of the suburban train S2/S4, which takes you to the centre of Milan in a few stops!
At 600m is instead the ‘Comasina’ stop of the M3 yellow underground line, which leads directly to Piazza Duomo in less than 20 minutes
The flat is composed as follows
- KITCHEN with dining table, TV,,split A/C , induction hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, kappa, dishwasher, and various kitchen utensils;
-LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, dining table and chairs; split A/C , access to private outdoor garden

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.
Please note: completing the registration is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.
We inform you that assistance for any problems related to Automated Smartlock door system is possible (remotely) until 10 pm

Everything was good overall but it was difficult to find the trash and this was the first time I had to take out trash myself when staying at an Airbnb. Also the airconditioning was difficult to understand - at times it just blowed hot air even with the temperature on low. Apart from that, everything was good thanks!

Ottima posizione e bel cortile. Le istruzioni per il check-in erano chiare e precise. Purtroppo, la pulizia dell’appartamento non era all’altezza delle aspettative: abbiamo trovato capelli neri sia sul pavimento sia nel letto, e il pavimento risultava sporco. Muy lindo y tranquilo, muy limpio todo, pero sería increíble que hubiera un cuchillo en la cocina para cocinar, al igual que una esponja para lavar la loza y jabón para la loza, porque no había y me tocó comprar. Ojalá la persona que viene pueda utilizar eso que dejé y de ahora en adelante siempre haya los utensilios necesarios en la cocina.
