The carefully renovated house is located at the end of a dead-end road and enjoys a breathtaking view of the city. It has an outdoor terrace surrounded by green spaces. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 with a 160 bed, 1 with a 140 bed plus 1 baby bed and 1 with a 90 cm bed, 1 mixed bedroom-living room equipped with a convertible sofa and a television, 3 bathrooms, 1 with bathtub and 1 private room for 1 of the bedrooms, 2 separate toilets, 1 equipped dining kitchen, 1 living room with television.
The house is located under the Puy Courny which dominates the town and its surroundings, it is a 15-minute walk from the old town centre of Aurillac where guided tours are offered during the summer.
All shops are easily accessible.
At the foot of the Auvergne volcanoes, there is no shortage of tourist attractions: Gorges de la Jordanne, Puy Mary, Le Lioran, Salers, the castles of Pesteils, Tournemire and others, the golf courses of Vézac and Haute Auvergne, the lake of St Etienne-Cantalès for swimming and other water activities...

Maison magnifique avec une très belle vue sur la ville.Les chambres sont grandes et très agréables.Au rez de chaussée, les pièces à vivre sont très agréables.La cuisine donne accès à une terrasse au calme qui appelle à la détente.
