This house, the majority of the former winery building, comprises three bedrooms: the Pauillac room with two single beds (0.90m x 2m), the Moulis room with one double bed (1.20m x 1.86m), and the Margaux room with one double bed (1.40m x 1.90m).
There is also a shower room/WC and a bathroom/WC.
The living room offers a comfortable lounge with exposed stone walls and a decorative fireplace. It is connected to a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer, microwave).
Heating is provided by a reversible heat pump (hot/cold).
Fiber optic Wi-Fi access is provided.
Outdoors
The garden, with its decorative stone well, is enclosed by an electric gate. It invites you to relax and enjoy lunch in the shade of a century-old maple tree with wrought-iron garden furniture. Children can play there and walk to the playground in the Parc du Vivier, located 100 meters away. You can park your car there.
