Bright 200 m² house, with 700m² rear garden, 2 terraces (1 overlooking the garden and a large 45m² south-west terrace overlooking the sea and Valentin promenade):
Ground floor: entrance hall, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, 1 large 12m² bedroom with sea view and 1 160 x 200 bed, 1 scullery, 1 dining room with fireplace, 40m² open-plan kitchen, all living areas with panoramic sea views.

- 1 very large dormitory room with 1 x 160 x 200 double bed and 4 single beds: this room gives children plenty of room to play

The entire apartment is available to travelers, with only a small part of the cellar closed off.

The ocean is omnipresent from almost every room in the house, and you'll be able to spot surfers, windsurfers and other water sports enthusiasts. We work with local people to welcome and return guests, who are available as needed for the duration of their stay.
We are also available if needed. Included in the price for reservations : - End-of-stay cleaning - Linen: sheets provided and beds made up on arrival - Concierge service Following several incidents of indelicacy, and out of respect for the people around us (neighbors, concierge partners, etc.), we have tightened our rules and would like to inform our travelers that two deposit checks are required on arrival:

la maison donne directement sur la plage, elle est très bien équipée , la literie est très bonne, Priscillia est gentille et arrangeante.
Location très agréable, et idéalement située au bord de la plage.

La villa a été parfaite pour notre week-end en famille élargie. Nous étions 13 et le logement était parfait. Très bien situé à Batz-sur-mer, entre La Baule et Le Croisic. Et la terrasse est juste devant la plage Valentin, 20 m pour être les pieds dans le sable. C’est merveilleux.Communication parfaite pour remise des clés arrivée et départ. A recommander
