The Val d'Azur estate located in Valbonne is a secure and guarded subdivision very popular and sought after by the active people of Sophia-Antipolis, as well as by people wishing to invest in a quiet second home. Built by a Dutch architect in the 1980s, the 300 individual villas are spread over a wooded park of more than hectares. In addition to the 3 tennis courts, the estate has a very large swimming pool with beach, shared by the co-owners, a children's playground, a volleyball court and a bowling green.
