The Bookandpay/Cocoonr agency offers this charming 100 m² house for rent in Berville-sur-Mer, near the banks of the Seine, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It features an attractive 35 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bath) and a 660 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- A 35 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, fireplace...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Dining area
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and bath
- Separate WC

- Bedroom 2: with two single beds and a desk
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A lovely 660 m² enclosed garden with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Berville-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Several beaches nearby
- Visit Honfleur and Deauville with their many activities
- Tennis, soccer, swimming pool nearby.
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (3 cars).
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Trouville - Deauville train station, about 30 min by car.
- Nearest airport: Rouen-Vallée de Seine airport, about 57 min by car.
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included
- Free WiFi available (fiber optics)
- The fireplace is functional. A bag of pellets will be provided. The second fireplace is outside, it is a manual wooden fireplace. A stock of wood will be available in the shed for use.
- 2 electric bicycles and one bike for kid, sports equipment are available in the accommodation (2 tennis rackets, 2 tennis balls, 2 badminton rackets and shuttlecocks, 1 cricket net, a bat, a softball and accessories...).
- Pets accepted, for a supplement of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
