The entrance is situated at street level, via an internal staircase (approx. 8 steps) you enter directly into the flat. Spacious and bright living room with sea view furnished with double sofa bed, table with chairs, free-standing bath with cervical jet. Small separate kitchen comprising cooker with two hobs, sink, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, juicer and toaster.

Spacious double bedroom with memory bed, fitted wardrobes, small desk. Bathroom complete with shower, toilet, washbasin and bidet.

The highlight of the house is certainly the small balcony with sea view, equipped with a small table and two armchairs, ideal for a drink at sunset or breakfast.

Guests have exclusive access to the flat.

Car parking available 300 metres from the accommodation.

Tourist tax €2.5 per person per night to be paid at check in.
