Skillfully restored, our former garage now houses La Pitchounette.

We designed the 80m² of this beautiful holiday home, now ideal for people with reduced mobility, families with young children, or seniors.

Entirely on one level, spacious rooms, air conditioning throughout, and 2 showers—what more could you ask for to enjoy your vacation? The layout is as follows: an air-conditioned living room opening onto the terrace with a bay window, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms each with a shower (160x200, shower, office) (2x90x200, shower), and a separate toilet.

On the windows: mosquito nets and electric roller shutters.

Outside: on-site parking with an electric gate, a southwest-facing terrace, and a garden.

Currently available for this summer season: a summer kitchen, table football, and a pétanque court.

For the little ones: a travel cot, armchair, and changing table.
