The accommodation comprises the following
- A living room of approx. 16 m² with dining area, fold-down bunk beds (sleeps 2)

- A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, filter coffee maker, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, fan, hob...

- A lounge with two sofa beds, TV

- A shower room with shower, WC


Exterior
- A south-west facing terrace of 8m², with furniture and parasol to enjoy the fine weather.


For even more comfort, the flat is equipped with the following additional facilities: barbecue in the communal areas, drying rack


The flat is ideally located on the heights of Aiguebelle, in a very pleasant, leafy environment.

- Beaches 10mn away on foot

- Saint Tropez 50mn away by car

- Water sports: water skiing, parasailing, paddle, pedalos, sailing, motorboat hire, etc

- Cycling and hiking

- You will be able to park directly in the flat's private car park

Other remarks
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost.

- Concerning bunk beds: max. load 70kg per bed, upper bed not accessible to children under 6 years of age.

- The presence of a pet must be notified and accepted in advance by the agency (supplement to be provided).
