The house is fully equipped to make you feel at home. It has a double bedroom with ceiling fan and a large wardrobe. Bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, kitchenware, capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster, 3-ring hob, large fridge and freezer.

Living room with flat screen Smart TV, 2-seater sofa bed, armchair and dining table. The living room opens directly onto the sunny terrace with comfortable sofas for relaxing and a spectacular view of the pool. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The house is located in the Senator complex, very quiet and well kept, perfect to enjoy your holiday and relax. Walking 10/15 minutes, you can easily reach the beach of "las Cucharas" and the centre of Costa Teguise with bars, restaurants and shops.
