The flat is located in an exclusive lakefront apartment complex, with direct access to the water via a private jetty - a real privilege for lake lovers. A private mooring buoy is also available to guests.

Between the flat and the lake lies a large communal green area, perfect for relaxing outdoors, sunbathing or letting the children play in peace.

The flat is located on the mezzanine floor and boasts a beautiful terrace of approximately 14 m²: the perfect place to enjoy a coffee with a lake view. The living area is bright and cosy, with a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a practical breakfast counter, ideal for convivial moments with family and friends.


"La Baia" has a compact but comfortable double room with a double bed and a wardrobe wardrobe, and a second small room with a bunk bed, wardrobe and TV. The modern bathroom is equipped with a large rain shower, washbasin, WC and heated towel rail.


For your convenience, a parking space in the garage (suitable for small vehicles) and an additional unassigned parking space within the complex are included.


A mere 500-metre walk away you will find a restaurant with typical cuisine and excellent pizzas, while the nearby public beach awaits you for days of sun and relaxation.
