Surroundings The farmstead was established 400 years ago in a unique location by the reed belt of the Saaler Bodden.

After a major fire in 1991, the old farmhouse burned down to the foundation walls.

This thatched roof house was then rebuilt in 1993 directly on the slope to the Bodden.

This traditional Fischland-style thatched roof house contains three units.

From here, you have a beautiful view of the Bodden meadows and the water.

Thanks to its location, you will live here quietly and secluded.

The town center is just under 2.5 kilometers away.

The art museum and the popular cliff coast can be reached in just under two kilometers on foot.

Restaurants and cafes are just a stone's throw away. About the Holiday Apartment The upper-floor apartment impresses not only with its cozy furnishings but, above all, with a fantastic view of the Bodden – from every room.

The living area offers a comfortable sofa set, a dining table, a TV area, and access to the balcony overlooking the Bodden.

The kitchenette is located in a pass-through room and has everything you need for cooking.

This peaceful holiday residence is completed by a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower/toilet and two sinks.

The high-quality oak parquet flooring and the homely country house style ensure wonderful living comfort. The lovingly landscaped garden can be used by all three holiday apartments on the beautiful Bodden property with access to the Saaler Bodden.

Depending on the vegetation and water level, the Bodden is sometimes better, sometimes less accessible on the natural property.

A lawn for sunbathing with various seating areas, sun loungers, and a barbecue area are also available to all guests.

A parking space per apartment is located near the property and about 50 meters away.
