Former farmhouse renovated into two adjoining gîtes (total capacity 11 people), located in a peaceful rural setting, 5 km from the Nantes-Brest Canal, 20 km from Lake Vioreau, 35 km from Ancenis, and 40 km from Nantes (accessible by tram/train from Nort-sur-Erdre station).
Private parking on the property.
Private 90 m² terrace (south-west facing), unfenced, with unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside.
Ground floor: separate fitted kitchen opening onto a living/dining room, one bedroom (two single beds 90x200 cm that can be joined together), shower room, separate WC, and laundry room.
Upstairs: two attic bedrooms (one with two single beds 90x200 cm, the other with one single bed 90x200 cm) and a shower room/WC. Amenities included: cot/high chair, tumble dryer, Wi-Fi.
Included: bed linen (beds made upon arrival).
Not included: electricity, electric heating, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, and tourist tax.

Un gîte exceptionnel complètement rénové dans un cadre champêtre.
Les alentours offrent plusieurs circuits de randonnées et pistes cyclables autour de l'Erdre. Nous étions pour un mariage au Château de Montreuil qui se situe à 1km. Les hôtes sont très accueillants. Nous reviendront sans hésiter.
