The apartment consists of a kitchen with dishwasher, a sofa bed, on the first floor a large living room with TV, double bedroom and a bathroom, on the second floor with double bedroom and bathroom.

The space
The house is spread over three floors:

-floor floor, where there is a kitchen and a sofa bed with two private courtyards;
-first floor, with living room, sofa, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with bathtub;
-second floor, with double bedroom and bathroom with shower;
-garage*: upon request to park internally.

For guests there are 6 beds, plus a crib * for children and an extra bed for adults *, for a total of 8 people.

An umbrella * in a beach equipped with two sun loungers and a lounge chair is also available in the summer.

Guest access
The area available to guests includes the entire house, except for two rooms currently closed because of service (there are 4 rooms in all, two of which are available for guests).
