The village has about 20 flats arranged in different houses.

Outside there are gardens, balconies and verandas depending on the flat.

In the immediate vicinity there are shops, restaurants, bars and a pharmacy. From the property there is direct access to the cycle path along the lake. The beaches are 50 m away and can be reached by a road with limited traffic. The departure point for boats and ferries is 300 metres away and cars, bicycles and motorbikes are available for hire only 100 metres away.

In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed with 2 single beds. Divided by a wardrobe is a double bed. The bathroom has a washbasin, bidet, WC, shower.

The terrace is equipped with deck chairs, table, chairs and sunshade. The flat is suitable for those with children, because , without steps, they can directly access the village space , which is completely fenced.

The activity has been started and run by the same family for 70 years . The owner lives in the property and is available to guests at all times.
