Welcome to L'Aber Wrac'h, "the sea that enters the land": an iconic location in North Finistère! This charming fisherman's house, right on the water's edge and facing the sea, offers you a splendid view of the Aber.
In a peaceful setting, you can watch the boats with the changing tides and enjoy this panorama, whatever the weather.
And if the mood strikes, you can stroll along the port of Perroz, located just a few steps from the house. Full of character, the house combines rustic charm and comfort to accommodate up to six people.
Its flowery garden and terrace will be perfect for your barbecues with family or friends, as well as for your relaxing moments in the sun, while admiring the breathtaking view of the port. Moments of escape and rejuvenation await you, guaranteed! On the ground floor, you will find a living-dining room where you can admire the sea from the sofa.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and all the necessary utensils for food lovers.
You will also find a shower room with a hairdryer and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will discover two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (140x190), as well as a children's room with two single beds (90x190). As soon as you wake up, by opening the shutters, you will enjoy a 180-degree view of the Aber Wrac'h! For added convenience, a washing machine and two parking spaces are provided. The accommodation does not have a charging point specifically designed for electric vehicles.
For safety reasons, please do not use domestic sockets and use a dedicated charging station instead. La vue est extraordinaire.Mais la maison aurait besoin d’améliorations: cafetière à filtre à changer, chaises vieillotes et coussins à changer table et chaises dehors idem.
S’il n’y avait pas cette vue, la maison n’aurait pas d’intérêt.

Les accessoires annoncės qui n.y sont pas.(cafetière vétuste et non Nespresso, pas de sèche cheveux, ) cuisine à revoir.
C’est dommage car l.endroit est très beau, c.est l’atout de la maison.
