Stunning apartment of 42sqm located on the 1st floor of a building WITHOUT a lift (stairs to access) can accommodate up to 2 people.
The accommodation is located in the condominium Cala de Flores with tennis courts and swimming pool, enjoys an amazing sea view!
The accommodation is located just 6 minutes walk from the wonderful beach Cala Granu.
The accommodation of 42 sqm is located on the first floor of a building WITHOUT a lift (stairs to access). Please PAY MORE ATTENTION if you are travelling with small children.
The interior space is composed as follows:
-BEDROOM with double bed, "24 inch" TV, wardrobe, balcony access (you can access to the terrace);
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, "24 inch" TV, split A/C, access to the terrace;
- KITCHENETTE with gas stove (3 burners), two small fridges, freezer, table with chairs, moka coffee maker, oven and microwave, toaster, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses, access to the terrace;
- BATHROOM with shower (lift), bidet and toilet;
- TERRACE with table and chairs, sofa and armchairs;
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, drying rack.
ATTENTION: The air conditioning and heating are present only in the living room and provided ONLY via split A/C.

Waste Management (Mandatory)
During their stay, guests must dispose of daily waste, separating it correctly and placing the bins outside the property on the days indicated in the schedule.
In the city, there are no public bins or recycling centers; instead, door-to-door collection is carried out, so only small amounts of already separated waste can remain inside the house.
Failure to comply with local regulations will result in a penalty of EUR 150.00 being applied to the guest.
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.

The accommodation is located in Porto Cervo, the undisputed capital of the Costa Smeralda, Porto Cervo is a coastal hamlet of the Gallura town of Arzachena.
In summer it becomes an extraordinary and sparkling parade of yachts, yachts and famous people: in the square easy to find yourself shopping with movie stars and television.
The village by the sea was built around a natural inlet that resembles a deer.
The port is home to the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda, a prestigious international sailing club. To make the most of your stay, we recommend travelling by car! Not to be missed is the Stella Maris church, designed by the architect Michele Busiri Vici, overlooking Porto Cervo marina. A few steps from the tourist center shine breathtaking beaches: Cala Granu beach, Grande Pevero beach, behind it lie manicured golf courses.
Separated by a promontory, you will find the small beach of Piccolo Pevero. Offshore you will see the islets of Li Nibani, 'the seagulls'. Two kilometers further south you will find other wonders: the Romazzino and the Principe beach (in honor of the Aga Khan). At the opposite base of the 'emerald' promontory, you will be delighted by the lovely coves, including Cala di Volpe and Liscia Ruja.
Even further south, do not miss the paradise of Cala Capriccioli. Main distances: - Cala Granu beach: 5 minutes on foot; - Stella Maris Parish: 5 minutes by car or 25 minutes on foot; - Spiaggia Grande Pevero: 20 minutes by car; - Romazzino: 15 minutes by car; - Cala di Volpe: 12 minutes by car. - Beach Club Restaurant: 5 minutes on foot; - Despar Liscia di Vacca (supermarket): 4 minutes by car. - From Olbia Costa Smeralda airport the easiest and fastest way to reach the apartment is by taxi, 37 minutes from Olbia airport.
Alternatively, you can take bus n. 02 to the stop "301 - A.Moro Hospital" and then continue by bus (Line 604) to the stop "Porto Cervo LU Pisantinu", 20 minutes on foot from the apartment. - From the station you can reach the accommodation by bus (Line 604) to the stop "Porto Cervo LU Pisantinu", a 20-minute on foot from the apartment. - If you are travelling by car it is possible to park free of charge on site, a covered parking space available suited for SUVs.
