This charming villa is located in a quiet residential area, offering a peaceful environment for families to enjoy a memorable holiday on the Costa Brava. The property features 4 bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The ground floor includes a cozy living-dining room with a fireplace and TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and washing machine. The ground floor also has one double bedroom and a full bathroom with a bathtub. Upstairs, you'll find another double bedroom and two bedrooms with two single beds in each, as well as a second bathroom with a bathtub.
Outside, the villa boasts a 500 m² garden, a private porch, and a lovely terrace, ideal for enjoying breakfast or meals under the sun. There's also a barbecue area for those who enjoy dining al fresco. At the back of the property, a small studio houses the caretaker who maintains the garden, but they only occasionally stay on the premises. The location is convenient, with a bus stop right in front of the house, offering easy access to both the beach and the center of Lloret de Mar, just 7 km away.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Villa! Die Küche war voll ausgestattet, was die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten einfach machte, Die Kinder liebten den privaten Pool, und der Garten war perfekt zum Spielen für sie, Sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Ausstattung war hochwertig, wir haben die Kaffeemaschine am Morgen sehr genossen und der Geschirrspüler hat das Aufräumen zum Kinderspiel gemacht. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt!
