This gîte in the Minervois region, on the border between the Aude and Hérault departments, offers a wide range of walks and visits. Join the Canal du Midi at Capestang for some great cycling or walking. You can also quickly reach Narbonne or Béziers and the 9 locks at Fonséranes, or the beaches of Gruissan and Valras.

The gîte comprises:
- A living room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (Senseo coffee maker, combi oven, 2 hotplates, etc.), a sofa bed, dining table, table and chairs.A 9m2 bedroom with a 160*200 bed
- A shower room with shower and washbasin
- A separate WC
- Outside with garden furniture and barbecue
- A shared swimming pool (with the very discreet owners) open until 10pm. Dimensions 4X8; depth: 40 cm over 3 metres then 1.50m.
