This modern, completely renovated holiday flat in Scharbeutz offers 46.78 square metres of space for up to four people and is in a quiet location right on the beach promenade. The well thought-out floor plan makes it particularly attractive for couples or families with children. The bedroom is furnished with a spacious parents' bed (180x200 cm) and has an open shower cubicle. A separate WC with large washbasin provides additional comfort and allows parents to remain undisturbed when the children are asleep in the bedroom.
The bright living/dining area with open-plan kitchen invites you to cook and relax together. A large sofa bed offers an additional sleeping option so that the flat can be used flexibly. The south-facing balcony promises sun all day long and offers a partial sea view that invites you to linger.
Thanks to the central but quiet location with no through traffic, guests can enjoy a relaxing break here. There is a bakery, a pizzeria and an ice-cream parlour in the building, so guests are well catered for. A private car park is also available, which makes arriving by car particularly convenient.

Wohnung zentral .
Kein Licht über den Esstisch ( Lampe fehlt nur Kabel aus der Decke hängend .
Lüftung WC nur ein Loch in der Wand.
Bestecke nicht vollständig ( Brot und Gemüse Messer fehlen ).
Garderobe nicht vorhanden .
Frisch sanierte Wohnung in toller Lage

Direkt an der Promenade. Praktisch über die Straße Zugang zum Strand. Im Haus eine Bäckerei, Berliner Döner und Pizeria. Ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung. Immer wieder gerne:)

Sehr zentral gelegen, Parkplatz okay, Kaffemaschine hat uns gefehlt
Einige Details waren noch nicht eingebaut: Leuchte über Sitzecke, Ventilator Toilette.
Ist nicht negativ aufgefallen.
Allerdings fehlten uns einige Haken für Handtücher.
Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden
