Welcome to our charming and modern flat on the first floor, located close to one of Brindisi's harbour breasts! Only a 5-minute drive will take you to the marina and the beautiful coastline of Cala Materdomini. Our flat is located close to the UN base and Brindisi airport, making it ideal for both travellers and workers.

The flat features stylish and comfortable furnishings in every room, including a large bathroom with a spacious shower and a master bedroom with convenient open wardrobes in the hallway. The modern open-plan kitchen and living room are perfect for preparing meals and relaxing on the sofa. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with a washing machine for your convenience. Please note that there is no lift in the building.

Located only a few minutes' walk from the harbour, you can enjoy relaxing walks on the quayside. You will also find the speedboat stop a few minutes away: a unique and practical means of public transport that will take you to the heart of the city, without having to worry about parking.

According to local laws, we inform guests that payment of the tourist tax of €2.50 per person per night will be required separately upon arrival, up to a maximum of 7 nights per stay.

As required by current legislation, guests will be required to sign the tourist rental agreement.
