Beautiful, cozy house in Milders, quietly yet centrally located just 50 meters from the Spar supermarket and the bus stop.

Our first holiday apartment is 90 m². This apartment consists of two separate bedrooms (double room and quadruple room), a living-bedroom with LED satellite TV, Blu-ray player, a kitchen with a dining area, microwave, dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, radio-CD player, etc. (fully equipped), a bathroom with shower, double vanity, and toilet, as well as a separate toilet.
Additionally, there are two balconies (south + west) with a magnificent view of the mountains.
The second holiday apartment is 50 m² and consists of a double bedroom, a living kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, electric stove and oven, radio-CD player, fully equipped, as well as a pull-out couch and satellite TV (LED TV), Blu-ray player, a bathroom with shower and toilet.
This apartment also includes a south-facing balcony. Guest parking spaces directly at the house, ski storage room with boot drying system, Wi-Fi. Prices include bed linen, bath towels, and hand towels.
Final cleaning for the large holiday apartment is €100, and for the 50 m² holiday apartment, it is €75. In summer, the STUBAI SUPER CARD is included.
NEW from 2023 - Charging station for electric cars (11 kW Wallbox at the house rate without surcharge). The local tax is charged to guests who turn 16 years of age in the current calendar year.
