Crows Nest is a penthouse studio apartment on the Wharf with possibly the best, uninterrupted panoramic views of the Harbour, the town and St Ives’ Bay. It has a large sheltered glass fronted balcony which can be enjoyed in all weathers where you can sit, eat, sunbathe or watch the world go by. The views can also be enjoyed from indoors on the settee, at the dining table or even while at the kitchen sink! Centrally heated and double-glazed, Crows’ Nest is the ideal hideaway for year round breaks.
Open-plan living space
This welcoming, bright, fresh and spacious L-shaped room contains a double pull-down bed and a double sofa bed which both easily fold away to maintain the spacious appeal of the studio.
Kitchen/dining area
Brand new for 2024, this modern and tastefully decorated kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob, electric oven, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, microwave, spacious worktops and storage, ample equipment and a dining table with seating for 4.
Sitting area
Comfortable settee, Smart TV. Plenty of hanging and storage space for clothes.
Bathroom. Bath with power shower over, wash basin and WC. A hair dryer provided.
Two sun loungers are provided along with the bistro set for balcony use.
The communal door front door is a couple of granite steps up from The Wharf. Inside there are 19 carpeted stairs up to the apartment door and 12 further stairs (all with handrails) once inside up to the studio.
A small, well-behaved dog is accepted but must not be left unattended.
Because of the nature of the low kitchen window and balcony, this property is not suitable for children.
