You will find it in a quiet apartment building on the 1st floor (with elevator).
A spacious, bright and modern furnished apartment with laminate flooring awaits you.
It consists of an entrance area with wardrobe, combined living/dining room with a bright fitted kitchenette, bedroom, balcony, bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC.
In the living/dining area there is a flat screen TV with satellite connection, radio with CD player and DVD player for your entertainment.
The separate spacious bedroom has a double bed with two separate mattresses 200*90 cm.
The kitchen is superbly equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, blender and a smoothie mixer.
You can leave your hairdryer at home.
From spring to fall, the southwest-facing balcony is a quiet place to sunbathe, read and relax.
When you arrive, the beds are already made and 1 set of towels and kitchen towels are ready for you.
From April 1 to October 15, the visitor's tax, which every vacation guest has to pay, is added.
The visitor's tax includes the Lindau guest card, which offers you numerous benefits and discounts, including free use of the city bus.
Arrival is possible from 3 pm; on the day of departure please vacate the apartment by 10 am.
Please note that pets are not allowed and that this is a non-smoking apartment.
