Located in a quiet apartment building on the first floor (with elevator), you will find a spacious, bright, and modernly furnished holiday home with laminate flooring.
The apartment features an entrance area with wardrobe, a combined living and dining room with a bright fitted kitchenette, bedroom, balcony, and bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. In the living/dining area, a flat-screen TV with satellite connection, radio, and DVD player provide entertainment.
The separate, spacious bedroom offers a double bed with two separate mattresses (200 x 90 cm). The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge (without freezer), dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and mixer.
A hairdryer is also available.
From spring to autumn, the southwest-facing balcony is a peaceful spot for sunbathing, reading, and relaxing.
On arrival, your beds are already made and a set of towels and kitchen towels is provided for you. A local tourist tax is charged per guest.
This includes the Lindau guest card, offering many benefits such as free city bus use. Check-in is from 3 p.m.; on departure day, please vacate the apartment by 10 a.m. Please note that pets are not allowed and this is a non-smoking property.

Das Haus und die Wohnung sind gepflegt. Die Lage war für uns toll, wir waren in 5 Minuten mit dem Rad auf Lindau Insel. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.
Leider funktionierte während des Aufenthalts der Internet Zugang nicht.
Die Vermieterin bemühte sich um Abhilfe. Es klappte leider nicht mit dem Netzanbieter.
