La nevera no funciona correctament. La meitat inferior no refreda gens (hem hagut de llençar varios cops menjar) mentre que la superior gela.... La rentadora s'hauria de falcar perqué quan centrifuga es mou (molt) i fa molt sorroll. El desaigüe de la dutxa està mig embossat, s'hauria de revisar...(net de pels i residuus exteriors). El ventilador de la habitació, a màxima potència es mou...
