Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this 32 m² air-conditioned cottage with shared pool in Solliès-Toucas, which can accommodate up to 4 people. It comprises an 18 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) and a 15 m² terrace. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- An 18 m² air-conditioned living room with sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160 x200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
Outside area :
- A 15 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- Unheated outdoor swimming pool with paddling pool and sun loungers (open from April to October and secured by a fence, weather permitting)
- 250 m² wellness area (fee payable) (sauna, steam room) open from June to September
The house is ideally located in Solliès-Toucas, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the cottage's private parking space (1 car). Free parking is available inside the estate.
For other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Solliès-Pont, about 5 minutes' drive away
- Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères, about 25 minutes' drive away
Other information :
- Pets accepted free of charge. Only one pet per stay. Dogs must be kept on a lead.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- Swimming pool: Children must be supervised by a parent when swimming. Opening dates non-contractual (swimming pool/wellness area) and subject to weather conditions.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. You may be asked to pay a flat-rate supplement

Situation agréable et période idéale (fin Juin / début Juillet) . La vaisselle est de loin insuffisante : 4 cuillères, 4 couteaux, 4 verres, 4 x tasses, ...etc.A notre arrivée, pas de lumière au plafonnier de la chambre, l'essoreuse a salade cassée, poubelle ne pouvant s'accrocher.
