In the city of Oullins (Metropolis of Lyon), this beautiful house is located in a quiet residential area, close to public transport (easily and quickly accessed from center of Lyon). Warm welcome assured from Fabienne and her husband.
The house includes 2 furnished City Break accommodations for 4 people on top floor, with separate access (outdoor staircase, indoor staircase, hallway with library area leading to the 2 apartments). The furnished accommodations can be rented separately or jointly for a welcome of 8 people in 4 bedrooms.
Breakfasts can be provided on request in shared living room with wood-burning stove (extra charge of 9€/person). Furnished apartment N°1, City Break 'Tamaris': small kitchen area, 2 double bedrooms (1 bedroom with double bed or two 80 x 200 cm single beds as required, lounge area, desk) (1 bedroom with double bed or two 80 x 200 cm single beds as required, dining area). Shower room including Wc. Cool/warm system in each room.
Bed linen, towels and household linen supplied free.
Final cleaning included in rent.
Outdoors : shady paved terrace (shared with the 2nd accommodation) with outdoor furniture.
Owners' garden (enclosed, with trees and flowers) open to guests.
Shared equipments available : bowls court, trampoline, toboggan, table tennis, swings, electric plancha, charcoal barbecue, deck chairs.
From early April to late October, free access to swimming spa (2m x 4m) and 4-seaters jacuzzi between 9 am and 9 pm (2 consecutive hours maximum, ask owners ahead for use, internal health and safety rules are to be respected for the comfort of all users). Free parking on the street.

Nous étions de passage sur Lyon et nous n’avons pas pu profiter des prestations offertes .Très belle maison gîte très propre propriétaire accueillante le seul petit bémol matelas mou à ma convenance . Mais je recommande vivement Philou

Tout était parfait : de l'accueil à la qualité du gîte. Pour un gîte il a de belles prestations qu'on ne trouve pas partout comme un terrain de pétanque, un billard, un jacuzzi spa très spacieux, des jeux de société mis à disposition. Une ambiance très familiale avec un mobilier de qualité (les lits sont confortables) et des hôtes vraiment très réactifs et serviables.

Fabienne nous a accueillis comme des amis, avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de convivialité. Le logement proposé est confortable et décoré avec goût et il y a tout ce qui est nécessaire pour y faire un court séjour sans s'encombrer,et le tout à quelques minutes du centre ville de Lyon ! Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir, pour tester le jardin et le spa ( entre autre ) !
