My best memories come from my childhood, that house in the village where I enjoyed the freedom and nature that only those vacation seasons gave me.
In my house in the mountains, you can also come to create your memories surrounded by nature and tranquility without straying far from the comforts of the city, surrounded by green mountains, with a wide variety of adventure sports to break away from the usual, such as kayaking, caving, canyoning, via ferratas, hiking.
If you like animals, we have the Cabárceno Nature Park nearby.
If it's beaches you want, Playa Salvé in Laredo or the one in Berria in Santoña will fulfill your wishes, a visit to the Faro del Caballo or a great menu at a Michelin star restaurant are also possible.
The house was built in 1940 from stone, with a nice garden with a barbecue and relaxation area where you can eat or rest.
It has 6 bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a large kitchen equipped with everything you might need, and a spacious living-dining room.
