PUSHE Alhendin Shopping Culture is ideal to enjoy the sun and the mountains all year round, whether it is a well deserved vacation, a few days of disconnection or taking advantage of the advantages offered by teleworking.
The apartment, on the ground floor, has a terrace with views; It offers all the necessary elements for a comfortable stay, as well as a careful and modern decoration.
Our guests can enjoy all the necessary services to complete a wonderful stay: free Wi Fi (300 Mbs) throughout the apartment, air conditioning with heat pump, TV with streaming services, etc.
If your property has a private or communal pool, please check the opening dates and times with PUSHE staff. Dates and times may vary depending on weather conditions or administrative or governmental restrictions.
General Sale Conditions of PUSHE SL Payment Conditions 1. Outstanding Balance The reservation must be paid in full before the delivery of the keys. 2. Refundable Deposit To cover possible damages to the property, the client must pay a deposit by credit card 7 days before check in. The specific amount of this deposit will be indicated on the property's file. It will be returned 7 days after check out if there is no damage. Number of Guests It is strictly forbidden to accommodate more guests in the tourist accommodation than that declared in the reservation. According to RD 933/2021, it is mandatory to register all guests. Client Responsibility 1. Use of the Accommodation By making a reservation with PUSHE SL, the client and their companions undertake to use the property appropriately, exempting PUSHE SL from any liability for damages that may arise from such use. The property will never be considered the client's residence. 2. Valuables PUSHE SL is not responsible for valuables that clients bring with them or leave in the property during their stay. 3. Damages Caused The client will be responsible for damages caused to the property, except for normal wear and tear associated with daily use of the accommodation. Other Issues 1. Specific Rules of the Accommodation In all PUSHE SL properties, a list of the specific rules of the accommodation is available to the client. These will include basic rules such as quiet hours, guidelines for the disposal of garbage and recommendations for respectful behaviour towards neighbours and the environment. Serious and/or repeated non compliance with the established conditions by the client or their companions will entitle PUSHE SL to demand immediate abandonment of the accommodation, without the right to compensation or refund of the deposit. Arrivals and Departures 1. Arrival Check in at properties managed by PUSHE SL can take place between 15:00 and 17:00. For arrivals in person outside these hours, an additional charge may apply, depending on the property. This will be communicated by message in the booking confirmation. 2.
