Very functional apartment with a lovely terrace, secure parking, in a quiet, beachfront residence with a beautiful view of the sea, palm trees, and swimming pool.
This apartment is on the 3rd and top floor (no lift) and is fully equipped with air conditioning.
It includes an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, pressure cooker, coffee maker, and washing machine.
Bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided.
Some of the appliances are new. Just 50 metres from the beach, there are large beaches equipped with showers, lovely walks, and opportunities for gymnastics and dance on the sand with a coach offering free classes every morning.
It's also ideal for kitesurfers.
The swimming pool is large and has a paddling pool for children.
This is a residence that does not allow parties or any other disturbances.
The weekly market and nearby attractions are 88 km from Valencia Airport, 110 km from Alicante Airport, and 70 km from Benidorm.
Grau de Gandia, located 9 km away, offers shops, a market, restaurants, and nightclubs.
