Completely renovated in 2023, La Goélette is a bright apartment located on the 1st floor (with elevator) of a residence surrounded by green spaces, 300 meters from the beach and shops, and 50 meters from a large park.
Private underground parking is included.
It comprises a welcoming living/dining room with an open-plan fitted kitchen opening onto an 8 m² terrace (north/west facing), one bedroom (180x200 cm bed that can be separated into two 90x200 cm beds) located at the rear overlooking the residence's wooded garden, a shower room, and a separate toilet. An additional sleeping space is available on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room (140x200 cm - please request this when booking). Included amenities: baby equipment, freezer compartment. Included: electric heating, electricity. Not included: bed linen (€15), towels (€8/person), end-of-stay cleaning (€40), and tourist tax. Non-smoking property.
