Un Balcon sur l'Océan is a pleasant, comfortable, and spacious apartment located in the center of the family-friendly seaside resort of St Brévin, in a very quiet, luxury residence facing the sea.
Private parking and bicycle storage are available on the property. On the raised ground floor (elevator): fully equipped kitchen partially open to a large living room/dining room extended by a terrace with sea views and a promenade, two bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed and private shower room, two with two single beds that can be joined to form a king-size bed), bathroom, separate toilet, and a small laundry room with a washer-dryer. Amenities included: complete baby equipment. Not included: gas heating (€1.12/m3), sheets (€15/bed), towels (€8/person), and tourist tax. Non-smoking cottage.
Pets are not allowed. St Nazaire 10 km, La Baule 21 km, Guérande 28 km. Apartment fully renovated in early 2024. Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival: - End-of-stay cleaning: €75.43 per stay - Towels: €8.62 per person per stay Property managed by a professional.
