Great venue of great potential! I booked the place for a cycling vacation as it provided direct access to climbs. Although colder than nearby cities, I found Ingenio a very cute small town. Excellent for a calm and private location that does not exist in Maspalomas or Las Palmas.

Belle rénovation d’une ancienne maison de ville en pierre. Bien qu’étant situé en pleine ville ( pas de parking privé mais différents parkings publics gratuits autour ) le quartier est très calme. Point positif : une terrasse au 1 er étage avec salon et table à manger et là 2ème terrasse solarium au 2ème étage avec une belle vue depuis la mer jusqu’à la montagne au dessus des toits.

Positive:
Het huis is ruim en is mooi afgewerkt. Het heeft 2 etages, elk met mooie tegelvloer. De keuken is gezellig, wij zaten vaak aan de bar van het kookeiland. Op beide etages een badkamer met wc, heerlijke handdoeken. Twee terrassen waar je heerlijk kon ontbijten, het dienblad was daarbij super handig.
Negative:
Parkeren in de buurt is lastig maar wel telkens gelukt.
