The apartment includes two bedrooms, a bright living room with a kitchen corner, and a modern bathroom. Sea views can be enjoyed from every room. The nearest free beach is just a 3-minute walk away, and the towns of Borghetto Santo Spirito and Loano are within a 10-15 minute walk.

The living room features a dining area and TV, while the kitchen corner is equipped for preparing simple meals. The master bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom offers a sofa bed that can be set up as a double bed or kept as a cozy lounge space.

Each room opens to a small balcony with sea views and fresh air. The apartment is on the first floor, with elevator access.

Please note: A road and train line separate the apartment from the beach, so some noise may be noticeable when windows are open. The apartment includes air conditioning and Wi-Fi for your comfort.
