Just a 10-minute walk from the apartment, you will find the Oceanogràfic Park, the Príncipe Felipe Science Museum, the Hemisfèric, the Queen Sofía Palace of the Arts, Gulliver Park… all within the Turia Gardens, Spain's largest urban garden, where you can enjoy a pleasant stroll.
We recommend having a coffee or an aperitif at one of the many cafes and restaurants surrounding the area. The 118 m² apartment includes the following spaces: GROUND FLOOR: - Spacious living room with sofa, round table with chairs, and HD TV. - Practical open-plan kitchen fully equipped, with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender… - Elegant master bedroom with a 150x190 cm double bed, high-quality mattress, ample wardrobes, ceiling fan, and HD TV. - 1st bathroom equipped with a comfortable shower with screen, sink, toilet, and mirror. - 2nd bedroom with a 150x190 cm double bed, built-in wardrobe, and ceiling fan. - 3rd bedroom with a 135x190 cm double bed, dresser, and ceiling fan. - 2nd full bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. FIRST FLOOR: - Study area equipped with a sofa, desk, and chair. The apartment is provided with bed linen, 1 hand towel, and 1 bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, welcome kitchen amenities: (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen towel, 2 garbage bags, 1 washing machine detergent, dishwasher detergent, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom), bathroom amenities: (hand soap).
Coffee capsules and a 1.5l bottle of mineral water are provided. (Replenishments are not provided). Services and common areas: - Free WiFi. - Centralized hot/cold air conditioning. Within 100 meters of the apartment, you will find all types of services, restaurants, the Aqua and El Saler shopping centers, El Corte Inglés, Mercadona and Consum supermarkets, etc… Getting around: Just a few meters from the building, there are bus stops, taxi ranks, a bicycle lane, and a quiet area for a pleasant walk along the Turia River Garden. - Bus Stop: Menorca-Centro comercial (99) / Pintor Maella-Menorca (35 and 94) - Metro: Maritim Serrería (5 and 7) - Tram: Marítim-Serrería (6 and 8) - Taxi and bicycle lane. Apartment is comfortable, nothing is missing, everything is new. Distance from City of Science is walk distance, large shopping mall is at short distance if you miss something. Free car parking is very easy. A good option to stay in Valencia if you are not looking for an hotel.
