The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 35 m² living room with TV, a double sofa bed, fireplace (first fire free of charge) ... - A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Krups Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine...- Dining area - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) and an en-suite bathroom with shower - Bedroom 2: with two single beds that can be pushed together (the beds have independent electric adjustment) - Bedroom 3: with two single beds - A bathroom with shower and WC - A separate WC For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, table tennis table, iron and ironing board.
Outside: - A beautiful enclosed garden of 2,000 m² - An 8 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days - A second 5 m² terrace The house is ideally located in Argelès-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities: - Swimming in the sea - Tennis - Cycling - Hiking - Swimming pool 5 minutes away - Visits to Collioure, Valmy Castle, etc.
Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (3 cars).
For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest station: Argelès-sur-Mer SNCF station, about a 15-minute walk away. - Nearest airport: Perpignan Airport, about 30 minutes by car (35 km).
