Located in the quiet urbanisation of A Valenzá, just 2 km from the centre of Ourense, this spacious flat is perfect for a comfortable and relaxing stay.



The accommodation has a balcony with views of the green landscape and the neighbourhood, ideal for unwinding after a day exploring the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including dishwasher and coffee machine, so you can prepare your meals in total comfort.



There are 4 bedrooms: two with double beds, one with two single beds and one with a single bed, providing enough space for families or groups of friends. It also has two complete bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. The flat is also equipped with washing machine, WiFi, iron and ironing board. The living-dining room, bright and cosy, is a perfect space to relax watching TV or sharing moments in good company.



Ourense, with its charming old town and imposing Cathedral, offers a vibrant gastronomic life with numerous bars where you can enjoy the best tapas and local wines. The famous Millennium Bridge and the historic Roman Bridge are other attractions worth visiting. Not forgetting the thermal springs that have made the city famous, such as the Termas de Outariz, a true oasis of wellness.



Around the flat you will find supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, plus the convenience of free parking on the street.



For a getaway outside the city, just a 15 minute drive away is the picturesque village of Allariz, a perfect destination for relaxing by the river in the summer. The Ribeira Sacra, located some 50 km away, offers countless hiking and cycling routes, with the breathtaking Sil Canyon as a highlight. A 25-minute drive away, in Ribadavia, the famous Medieval Festival is held every last Saturday in August, a unique experience for lovers of history and culture. We also recommend a visit to the Termas de Prexigueiro for an unforgettable moment of relaxation.

The keys are handed over at our central offices, 400 metres from the flat.



We do not accept parties or events.




The parking space is suitable for a normal size car, not suitable for MPV style cars, SUV's, etc.



As required by law, we must ask for copies of ID cards or passports of all guests over 14 years of age. This information is sent by email.



The deposit will be held via credit card and the guest will have to provide their details via a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
