The Cocoonr/ Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Nîmes, this charming flat with an area of 100 m2 and can accommodate up to 6 travelers. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 30 m 2, a kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). Wifi (optical fiber), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
Housing consists of the following:
- A living room of 30 m2 with TV, sofa and armchairs
- A kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and dining area
- Bedroom 1: a king-size bed (180 x 200) and its bathroom with en suite shower
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160 x 200)
- Room 3: two single beds
- A bathroom with bathtub
- A separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, dryer, fan in each room, ironing table and iron.
Outside:
- A terrace of 40 m2 with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days
The flat is ideally located in Nimes, in a very nice environment. You can benefit from all essential shops but also shops, restaurants, bars, market, golf and the famous arenas of Nîmes ( 25 minutes by walk )...
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the car park of the residence (a private garage).
For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest Bus station to go to the city-center : 10 minutes by walk
- Nearest station: Nîmes 3 km
- Nearest airport: Nîmes at 20 km
Other remarks:
- Linen and towels included
- Free Wifi available (optical fiber)
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- The end of stay cleaning includes preparing accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a proper state of cleanliness and clean the appliances after use
